When my closet's color palette wants to sing the blues, I
turn to navy. This chiffon blouse immediately conjured up visions of a nautical
ensemble. Navy and white is a classic, chic color combo, so I anchored my look
with a pair of crisp white pants. With sandals and gold accessories, I'm ready
to enjoy the last little bit of summer, whether that's on a yacht cruise or (more
realistically) at an outdoor party. Ahoy, stylish mateys!
